Director Nomination Dates
The Annual Meeting of Trade Me Group Limited will be held at 4.00pm (NZ time)
on 9 November 2017.
The closing date for director nominations is 19 September 2017. Any
nomination must be made by a shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote
at the Annual Meeting, and should include the written consent of the
candidate, his or her biographical details, and details of the candidate''s
experience and skills.
Nominations must be received by 4.00pm (NZ time) on the closing date and
should be addressed to The Company Secretary, Trade Me Group Limited, P O Box
11042, Wellington; or sent by email to sarah.hard@trademe.co.nz (with the
subject line "Director Nomination 2017").
