Whilst market conditions are difficult and the desperately needed re-structuring will cost in the short term, Telecom is already a much better company to deal with. Telecom spent years making enemies and burning bridges with nearly everyone telecommunications company in this country - those sorts of wounds do not get healed overnight. Customers have always used Telecom in the past simply because there was no choice and it was a case of 'better the devil you know'. Hopefully they will now become a supplier that customers love rather than hate.
