CTC Aviation, to host open day

World-leading flight training organisation, CTC Aviation, to host open day

World-leading flight training organisation, CTC Aviation, is hosting an Open Day at its crew training centre located at Hamilton Airport on Saturday 13 September 2014.

Open Day visitors are invited to attend the morning session from 10am-12.30pm or the afternoon session from 1pm-3.30pm.

CTC Aviation Chief Operating Officer – Ab initio Training (NZ), Peter Stockwell, said all Open Day visitors are invited to explore CTC Aviation’s state-of-the-art facilities and learn more about the company’s unique training programmes.

“We will give attendees a thorough overview of the current airline pilot career opportunities world-wide. Plus, CTC Aviation trainees and staff members from our training, selection, and management teams will be available to discuss all aspects of training with our visitors,” Mr Stockwell said.

“As part of the Open Day, attendees will have a guided-tour of our training facilities, and the opportunity to get up close to our aircraft and fixed-base simulators.”

Both the morning and afternoon sessions will include presentations from Mr Stockwell. Guest speaker Phil McColl, a former CTC Aviation cadet who progressed into a prestigious career with Jetstar, will also be present.

All Open Day visitors will go in the draw to win a flight in one of CTC Aviation’s Diamond DA42 Twinstars or a simulator session in a DA42 fixed-base simulator.

Those interested in attending the open day should RSVP via phone on 07 843 3304, online at http://www.ctcwings.com/ or by emailing info@ctcaviation.com
