USD steady vis a vis Kuwaiti dinar

KUWAIT, Oct 5 (KUNA) -- The US dollar stabilized vis a vis the Kuwaiti dinar on Monday trading at KD 0.302 but the euro climbed to KD 0.339 as compared to Sunday's rates, according to the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
The sterling pound rose to KD 0.459 but the Swiss franc steadied at KD 0.311, as well as the Japanese yen, at KD 0.002.
The USD index has posted losses for the third day in a row, amid hefty sell-offs and waning hopes about prospected interest hike by the US central bank this year. (end) mfs.rk
