Hot on the heels of exploding smartphones, a popular range of drones has been recalled after a number of them fell out of the sky.
GoPro, best-known for its range of HD sports cameras, wants all 2500 of the Karma drones sold so far to be returned.
"GoPro is committed to providing our customers with great product experiences," the company said in a statement.
"To honour this commitment, we have recalled Karma until we resolve a performance issue related to a loss of power during operation."
It hasn't specified what's causing the loss of power, or if it even knows. The company didn't say exactly how many drones have lost power mid-air, except that it's a "very small number".
The Karma range, which sells for US$799 (NZ$1080) has only been out for just over two weeks. The company plans to re-release the range once the problem is fixed.
The drones won't be exchanged. Samsung recently offered exchanges for its Galaxy Note 7 range after a few caught fire, but recalled the range completely after the replacements began exploding.
GoPro's stock price fell 8 percent on news of the recall.
