I'll tell you want Mel B wants, what she really really wants - to catch the "scumbag" thief who broke into her car outside her Beverly Hills home.

The former Spice Girl, 41, posted an Instagram video showing a man appearing to remove suitcases from the vehicle on Friday at 5:42am local time.

The singer, whose real name is Melanie Brown, has offered a NZ$7000 (£4000) reward for any of her followers who could offer information.

She said police were investigating but the couple wanted the public's help.

"The police already have a good idea who you are, but in the meantime anybody who wants to make that $5000, DM my hubby right now," said the X Factor Australia host.

Mel B said the couple would wire the money across to anyone who helped them.
