DJIA hasn't declined since Feb 8
The US stock market is more-or-less unchanged on the day but as the bulls and bears battle, headline-writers are watching the Dow.
The Mom & Pop Index had gained in 12 straight sessions to match the longest streak since Reagan. An important caveat is that the streak is a series of small gains totalling 3.85%. The 12-day rally in the Reagan era was 9%.
