Infinite Group Inc. has announced the release of a new Nodeware vulnerability system that allows for virtual machine and hardware deployment.

Features of Nodeware 2.0 include more conclusive vulnerability data, simple API integration, improved performance and global scalability. Furthermore, there is real-time protection and up-to-the-minute internal and external inventory screening with the latest version of Nodeware. All of these features contribute to an enhanced user experience.

“This new version is the same Nodeware that our customers love, with a set of new enhancements and features that improves the overall user experience,” Andrew Hoyen, COO of IGI, said in a statement. “With our virtual version and planned partnerships with best-of-breed master agents, we expect to see increased adoption of Nodeware across the channel.”

Nodeware 2.0 strengthens the protection of small and midsized enterprises by identifying, monitoring and dealing with possible network vulnerabilities to protect against hackers. The virtual version of Nodeware 2.0 will work in VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V software.

“Since the initial launch of Nodeware in November 2016, our development team has worked to continuously improve this breakthrough product,” James Villa, president and CEO of IGI, said in a statement. “We’ve taken the valuable input from our partners and their customers during that time to make Nodeware better than ever.”
