K3 Consulting Expands Business Offering with Appointment of New Senior Consultant

K3 Consulting is expanding its offering with the appointment of an expert in organisational psychology.

Phillippa Turner, a registered industrial and organisational psychologist, joined the firm this week and will work alongside Marcus Morrison, Ken Brophy and Greg Radford to transform businesses in New Zealand and around the world.

“We are delighted to welcome Phillippa to our ranks and have no doubt she will be a very valuable member of the team as we continue to develop strategies for our clients, improve their processes and guide them through organisational design and change,” says K3 Consulting director Marcus Morrison. “Pip specialises in talent identification, psychometric assessment and analysis so will be putting her multiple skills to good use for our ever-expanding range of clients.”

Turner has worked with a number of New Zealand-based consultancies and international recruitment companies since graduating from the University of Auckland in 2010 with a first class Masters degree in industrial and organisational psychology.

“I have a strong interest in understanding what motivates individuals, teams and businesses and really enjoy getting to grips about what makes them tick,” she says. “I’m passionate about assisting organisations to increase employee engagement and performance, as well as working with individuals on their short and long-term development goals through assessment and coaching.”
