DESPATCH NOTICE PURSUANT TO RULE 45 OF THE TAKEOVERS CODE
On 7 February 2017, Spark New Zealand Trading Limited gave notice of its
intention to make a full takeover offer to acquire all of the fully paid
ordinary shares on issue in TeamTalk Limited ("Offer").
Spark New Zealand Trading Limited hereby gives notice pursuant to Rule
45(1)(a)(i) of the Takeovers Code that the offer document ("Offer Document")
in respect of the Offer has been sent to TeamTalk Limited''s shareholders in
accordance with Rule 43(1) of the Takeovers Code.
Pursuant to Rule 45(1)(a)(ii) of the Takeovers Code, a copy of the Offer
Document is attached to this notice.
