Details of transaction and events giving rise to person ceasing to have
substantial holding Pursuant to an agreement between Arrium Limited (the
ultimate parent company of OneSteel) and Craigs Investment Partners Limited
("Craigs") dated 9 October 2012, Craigs agreed to manage and underwrite the
sale of OneSteel''s shareholding in STU. The shares were sold at a price of
$2.05 per share to a range of retail and institutional investors. Settlement
of the sale occurred on 17 October 2012.
